3. GIVEAWAY OVERVIEW
Sponsor will conduct the following four giveaways during the 2025 holiday season:
Giveaway #1 – Two (2) $250 GovX Gift Cards
- Start: November 25, 2025
- End: November 28, 2025 at 12:00 PM ET
- Winners: Two individuals will each receive one (1) $250 GovX gift card.
Giveaway #2 – One (1) $500 GovX Gift Card
- Start: November 29, 2025
- End: December 1, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
- Winners: One individual will receive one (1) $500 GovX gift card.
Giveaway #3 – One (1) $200 GovX Gift Card
- Start: December 2, 2025
- End: December 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET
- Winners: One individual will receive one (1) $200 GovX gift card.
Each Giveaway is conducted separately. Entry in one Giveaway does not carry over to the next.
4. ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older at the time of entry.
Void where prohibited by law.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During each Giveaway period, participants may earn entries by completing any of the following actions:
Primary Entry Method (1 entry):
- Submitting your name and email to the CPO Spouse Connect Newsletter.
Bonus Entry Methods (each action = 1 additional entry):
- Following @thegoodeshow on Instagram or X
- Following @mymilitarylife on Instagram or X
- Commenting on the designated Giveaway post
Participants may complete multiple actions. Each completed action counts as one (1) separate entry into the Giveaway.
Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
6. GOVX ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT
A GovX account is required to redeem the gift card.
GovX independently verifies eligibility for its platform, including:
- Active-duty service members
- Veterans & retirees
- Reservists & National Guard
- Military academy members
- First responders
- Other approved groups as defined by GovX
The selected winner must meet GovX eligibility to redeem the gift card.
GovX is solely responsible for determining account eligibility.
7. PRIZE DETAILS
- Total prizes available: Four (4)
- Total value: $1,200
- Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted, and carry no cash redemption value.
Sponsor will deliver prizes electronically via email or USPS.
8. WINNER SELECTION
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the applicable Giveaway period.
Drawings occur within 48 hours after each Giveaway ends.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
Winners will be notified by:
- Email (primary)
- Instagram direct message (if applicable)
Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
By entering, you grant Sponsor the right to announce your first name and last initial on social media, email newsletters, or other promotional materials.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:
Sponsor, GovX, Instagram, Facebook/Meta, and all related affiliates from any claims, loss, or damages of any kind arising from participation or acceptance/use of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for:
- Technical failures
- Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries
- Email delivery failures
- Platform outages
- Inability of winner to redeem prize due to GovX eligibility requirements or gift card expiration date.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or cancel any Giveaway for any reason
- Disqualify individuals found tampering or violating rules
- Correct typographical or operational errors at any time
13. PRIVACY
By entering, participants agree to receive email communications from Sponsor / CPO Spouse Connect.
Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
Email addresses are never sold or shared.
